Horrible experience! I only asked for information, and they scheduled me in for a lesson without my consent, and claimed that since I did not show up, they would charge me and sent me an invoice for a service I never agreed to. Also, they call me from a private number, so it is difficult to reach anyone there..

I was looking for a driving school and I found verkeerschool proficiat. I came on your website and I found a number for Eindhoven. I phoned and I was promised 24 hour lessons and exam for 1010. The instructor came to my house and after the first lesson he made me pay the full amount. Second lesson he was late by 2 hours and then after that he never showed up for any more appointments. I was very disappointed as he was smoking the entire time in the car and made me drive him so he could buy himself lunch. He was on his phone the entire time and not paid attention. Within 14 days I requested a refund and he told me to contact your office. I have called several times and nobody answers. I contacted the CBR and the police and I was told to contact Jurisdich Advies. I have written a letter again to your office and waiting a refund. I will be hiring a lawyer soon. It seems that your logo and KvK number are being used on these invoices and you don't seem to care much based on the reviews I am reading online. Either this is your company that is doing this, or you have someone committing fraud and using your company details. I have all of the evidence and will be pursuing this until this person who has taken my money is found.
Bought voucher from socialdeals for 10 trial lessons and they forced me to buy the whole package in the first lesson. I wasnt interested becos I want to see first how it goes when I finish the 10 trial lessons. Becos I didnt buy the whole package they make it so difficult for me to plan for driving lesson. When I want to schedule the second lesson they always said they're busy etc and few times cancelled the planned lesson in last minutes. For almost 3 mths I only had 2 lessons with them and I knew that something smells behind this. The first lesson when I'm driving in Eindhoven the instructor made me cutting other cars to get into other lane and I know thats forbidden but he just didnt care. He is such unprofessional and careless instructor. Also the car they use is so dirty and messy and you could smell lots of cigarettes everywhere. I'm glad that I cancelled the voucher via socialdeal becos I'm totally done with them after the 2nd lesson. Beware of this company. They're just ripping you off!
