Always available on the phone, very responsive and helpful with a great range of products for the craft cider/wine maker. All my shipments dispatched at lightning speed and proved fit for purpose. In particular, the brass jawed wine/champagne bottle corker looks a bit complicated to put together and use but is actually one of the most satisfying bits of kit to have - great fun and worth the outlay.

The fruit crusher ('scratter') was my first purchase from Vigo Presses, but it won't be my last, because I'm going straight back for a press. The build quality of the scratter is extremely high, particularly the woodwork. I have known the name Vigo for a long time but only now, having recently started making my own wine, have I found the need for mechanisation to put a stop to the endless hours with a knife. So I'd like to raise a glass to Vigo Presses for helping me in my quest to drink my garden!

I’ve ordered many times with Vigo and always very pleased with their service. I recently bought a 20litre hydro press from them which has been a joy to use this season. This press replaced an old 12 litre basket press. My juice yield this year has shot up due to the hydro press. I wouldn’t go anywhere else for my juicing equipment.

Good product. Arrived very well packed, and was suitably heavy - no flimsy materials. Took about half an hour to assemble, and the instructions were pretty clear. The pre drilled holes in the slats made assembly easier. Everything else is provided to get started in the hobby pack, and the Vigo website shows where you can buy replacements. I like the fact that the smaller booklet on how to get started has seven pages about cider and just the one on apple juice! There is a typo though, which refers the reader to the stages of cider making on page 8, when it is on page 7. We shall be pressing our first batch of apples shortly. so far, so good...
