Its for a very good reason that this GEM has been nominated as the best budget restaurant in Dubai in 2020. Every dish was a winner, fresh produce and so tasty. For a moment we got transferred to a moment in Vietnam. The staff is very friendly and helpful with the menu. We sat outside on a reasonable cool day in Dubai, they lit one of the gas heaters and both my husband & son received a little blanket- super cosy moment.

A walk down memory lane. Not only the food are splendidly delicious it is as authentic as those in Vietnam itself. I felt like I’m having a meal in the streets of Ho Chi Minh City. The staff are attentive and friendly which makes dining more assuring. A must visit when in JLT. Thumbs up!!!
Great food. Great service. Excellent value for money. We enjoyed sitting and eating outside on the Lake terrace.
I'm a vietnamese cuisine lover and I must say this place is a good place. For the price, the taste and the quality. They have very healthy and tasty dishes. Take away is also available. The first time I was there, I asked for a traditional vietnamese sandwich to take away (bánh mì) and they were busy with other clients so it took time to make it, they offer you a drink spontaneously for waiting. It is a quiet place with a nice view on the \lake\ There's no alcohol.

The ambience is delightful and food is well presented and decently priced for the area. Prawn rice rolls were excellent (if a little small) and Vietnamese iced coffee was great, however as the gold standard of Vietnamese food their beef pho left more to be desired with a weak, inauthentic seeming taste. Still a fine choice for a nice lunch with select menu highlights.
Authentic Vietnamese cuisine with a well maintained outside seating area. Great view over the Almas East Lake. Reasonably priced menu and efficient service.
I ordered the Pho bo Chin super delicious and good value for money. However the spring rolls are not worth ordering as are extremely small. Staff are kind and friendly.
