They didn’t offer to wash my car (a Maserati Ghibli) which is what I would expect. When I had a Benz they always washed my car whenever I came in for service. I took it to the Bentley dealership where I bought the car to get it hand washed. I will NEVER buy another Maserati again because of the lack of customer service from a supposed luxury car dealership. They treat me like I own a cheap car. When I pay a log of money for a luxury car I expect the excellent customer service that comes with it.
The service was excellent! My Maserati QP needed an alignment, and they got it done quickly, and efficiently!
Great staff and amazing service. Hands down one of the greatest experiences I have had while going to a high-end dealership. Would recommend anybody who wants to buy a new vehicle or go window shopping!
