Had a great experience with agent Sarita Sethi of Long & Foster in Oakton/Vienna. She gave us lots of good advice to make our house as attractive as possible to buyers. She was very competent and professional, as well as being pleasant and easy to work with.

I am a real estate broker in VA. I needed to locate an agent who worked in this office. I called and spoke to the managing broker. I explained the situation and asked her, very nicely, if she could ask the agent to call me. It was extremely important. The broker refused and was quite rude. In 36 years, when anyone has ever called me for help, I have done what I can to help out. All this broker had to do was call the agent and relay my information. I WOULD NEVER recommend anyone using this company. God forbid they need some assistance..post closing.
While trying to purchase a home, my real estate agent was working with the seller agent Sally, of L&F. We made an offer with a pre-approved rate. Sally responded by trying to convince us to do an FHA loan (which would have cost much more and made no sense). After we told her absolutely not, she CALLED OUR BANK, GOING BEHIND OUR BACKS to try and convince them to raise our rates and give us cash back. She also tried to get our salaries from our real estate agent, and pulled a sympathy card to get us to pay more for the home and fund the Sellers retirement. Absolute embarrassment of an agent.
