My experience buying a vehicle from this dealership was very nice as the sales staff is very professional and knowledgeable. My salesman Jonathan Molina took the time to explain the benefits of dealing with their company and the number of vehicles that they have in inventory is amazing. I will admit that I am not the easiest person to deal with when buying a vehicle. I will certainly recommend them to family and friends. Having to drive over four hundred miles to arrive at their location was a very pleasant experience and well worth the drive. All of the people at the dealership were professional and courteous. Great experience both purchasing my Jeep and having it serviced at this dealership! After purchasing it, I moved to Maryland, and after having a horrible service experience with another dealership closer to me, I decided to make the longer drive and bring it back to Koons for its next service appointment. The customer service I received was astronomically better, and I really appreciated the amount of communication. Throughout the process, I felt comfortable and I knew what was happening with my vehicle, how long to expect the service to take, and what the cost would be. Cannot recommend them enough!
Excellent experience! Everyone we worked with on the Koons team was well informed, straight forward, efficient, and personable. Elie was especially helpful on our first visit with our factory order. Absolutely painless process! We were thoroughly impressed with Craig's timely updates on our order and responsiveness to our questions. On the day we picked up the Jeep, Craig was ready for us and, with machine-like efficiency, had us on our way in less than two hours. Kelvin my service rep and the warranty recall team at Koons Tysons Chrysler Jeep were awesome in helping get my dashboard replaced. It has warped horribly over the last 2 summers and I was about to have it repaired by a 3rd party shop when I got a recall to have it done by Chrysler. Now it look new again! Thanks Kelvin!
I special ordered a new Jeep Grand Cherokee with Craig. The whole experience was easy and flawless. Being that I was coming from out of state, both the ordering and pick up of the Jeep was quick. Everything that we discussed occurred not to mention I got a great deal on the vehicle. I highly recommend dealing with the dealership as well as Craig if you are in the market for a new Jeep!
