The first airport I've ever seen for the first time in my life that nobody was going with me. He's a charmer. Super modern. Viable. With the best places to visit if you have to stay overnight for several hours there while you wait for your departure flight. It's wonderful. I'll definitely be back one day.

Very nice, friendly staff. Very clean and nice)) I liked the airport. Many cafes are closed during the quarantine, but there are places where you can buy and eat and drink.

Very organized very clean airport. What makes it unique and different from every other airport that I've been to is that each gate is differently decorated than the rest. There are gates that have restaurants in them, others playgrounds others a hill couch (very unique!) and others comfortable places to sit which is rare for an airport. Because the buildings are long and narrow as usual on airports, there are flat escalators throughout to assist in getting to your gate faster. The only part that could be improved is the number of screens depicting the flights and gates, they are pretty scarse. I still give it 5 stars due to its uniqueness though!!!

It was my first trip to Europe and I am a Native Spanish speaker, so the English language was the only one which I could communicate during those days. I write about it because the people of the airport helped me a lot to find the bus that I had to take in order to go to my final destination. They are really kind with Latin American tourists.

Ok, Covid, lockdown, but why in one terminal duty-free shop is working and closed in other one?! Different rules or segregation? Really disappointed! No issues with rest. The rest is fine for me except wearing of certain type of mask! Disagree with that as well, but I hope I will not travel there in nearest time.

At the moment everything is closed. The lounges in terminal 3 are open but you need to take the food with you. Security is fast and there are not very long ways. Smoking is still allowed in dedicated areas. It is a very clean and easily accessible. Train is going directly to town at lower level.

Vienna International Airport is a new, state of the art facility with excellent transport links by rail and road. It is clean and reasonably spacious with helpful airline staff who can always help in German, English or other languages. There are underground walkways to trains, carparks, hotels, car hire, etc., which are ideal in inclement weather, or just to avoid the traffic. The baggage reclaim is as fast and efficient as any I've ever used. My major gripe is that for all of it's new design, it is really difficult to find where to go within the airport. There is something wrong (and I can't explain what it is) with the signage. Even when you find the correct direction, it's certain that you will miss an obscure sign with a key indication of where to go next, and you are then lost. There are lots of twists and corners in corridors for both flights and trains, arrivals and departures. Not easy to follow. I've been through this airport about a dozen times, and got lost almost every time, especially when checking in. I'm used to airports all over, but never have had so many problems as I've had at Vienna. Sorry Schwechat. But please sort your signage.
