The buying experience with Ross was truly GREAT! We feel as though he was honest and had our interests at heart and not his own. He found what we were looking for very quickly. He is such a very nice person and we felt we could trust him. Ross made our buying experience comfortable, fun and with no hassle. He's a keeper! We have 2 more vehicles to buy this year and will gladly buy them from Ross at Buick in Victoria. We have never bought any of our cars in Victoria. Our experiences of buying in Victoria have been a nightmare. Last year we were looking for our daughter and we have never had such a bad experience as we had with 'rocket-man' at the Nissan dealership. We do NOT buy from liars and cheaters. We ended up at Buick then with Bruce Lowe and returned due to our GREAT buying experience with him. The dealerships and the salesmen have NEVER been trustworthy before now! We have always gone out of town. We now have faith and trust in Ross Young & Bruce Lowe. They are salesman for 'THE PEOPLE'! So very hard to find these days.
