I was having troubles with my new custom-built PC -- it was stuck on a crashing loop. After doing everything I knew how to do, I took it in to VicTech to get a diagnosis. About two hours later, I got a call back with the answer (dead processor). Best thing is that the diagnosis is free! I will definitely be back whenever I have another computer issue.
I hear great things about this place which I why I chose them however trying to give them business is not possible when you can never reach somebody.. Called 3 times during business hours, left a message and no answer. Thought maybe they were busy so Two days later I drop in with my laptop, speak to someone and he says he's new but its a simple fix and he'll get someone to give me a call the next day with a price and when to bring the laptop back in. It's been a week and still no one has gotten back to me for seemingly a simple problem (according the the guy I spoke to) despite my efforts to get ahold of them to give them business. They may know their stuff but they never provided the chance to show that to a potentially new and loyal customer.
Went in to get a quote for a custom media machine because i wanted to buy local instead of online. Left all my information for them to get back to me with a quote/build option. After that I never heard from them, so I spent my 1800 with their online competitor. Staff are knowledgeable, but these days you can't have people walk into your store wanting to spend money and never contact them back.
Just got a new set up from them today works great way more value then what I was expecting super quick start up and runs my games smoothly
Literally the coolest store I've ever been in. I don't usually log on to google plus to write reviews, and quite frankly I'm not the kind of person who gives a lot of feedback. But these people are something else! I walked in and asked the first person I saw if they did PC upgrades, which they did. He told me to come back at any time and they could swap out my GPU. I came back 10 minutes later and it took the guy less than that to get the job done. Great prices, same day service, and awesome staff. YOU NEED TO GO THERE FOR THE LOVE OF GOD DO IT NOW.
