The hard drive in my MacBook Pro was failing. I brought my computer to these guys and was able to pick it back up within 24 hours! Spencer even recommended that I upgrade to an SSD which I am glad I did. My Mac now boots up in seconds and it is faster than it was when I first bought it. I highly recommend their services. -Chris

Spencer is the best! He does it all: he helped me and my partner upgrade to Windows 10, he set up great security for us, and recently he was able (miraculously) to retrieve a lost file for me. In person or remotely, Spencer is consistently polite, calm, friendly, and professional. He clearly explains what he is doing or suggesting, which is hugely reassuring whether you are a high-powered computer user or someone whose computer skills are pretty basic. His rates are very reasonable, and he is also amazingly prompt, getting back to you the same day. Best of all, he is an excellent communicator and a really nice guy. Spencer is amazing - five stars for sure!

My experience with Computer Illiterate was amazing. With swift email correspondence we were quickly able to determine the majority of the issues along with a solution. Seemingly seconds later Kevin was at my door ready to pick up my computer and effect repairs. My computer was extensively damaged in a car accident and yet after the repairs my computer was running better than before the accident! Would definitely recommend, they are quick, efficient and allowed me to not even have to leave my house!

The operating system on my Mac was 5 years out-of-date. I contacted Spencer for a quote on upgrading to the latest one as well as having all of my data transferred over. The quote came quick, and the work was completed within 24 hours. Very impressed. Will use again!
