I worked at 4 different Subways (across two provinces) many years ago, and still eat at various Subways now and again. I can't believe how SLOW the service is at this subway the few times I've been. Stopped at the mall this evening to pick up dinner on my way home and I waited almost 20 minutes for my one sub with only 4 people in front of me total, one of whom was already checking out. The two girls there worked at a SNAIL'S PACE, I could hardly believe my eyes having make 1000's of subs before myself. There are much better Subways in town to stop at if you value your time.

No mall employee discounts, really sucks for people that work in the mall and eat at the food court daily. Thumbs down
The sandwich artist was very nice and made us laugh, without being too familiar. My friend was wearing a sleeveless shirt, and I was wearing a winter coat, and he made a joke about my friend being too hot, and me being too cold :) The sandwiches were nicely made, and the cookies were delicious. Also the fountain drinks were just the right amount of spritz in them. Will definitely go back again.
Literally the worst sandwich I've had yet from Subway; and the 'sandwich artist' named Jane who made my sub, couldn't be bothered to listen to me and turned it in to a sloppy mess. Negative on both customer service and ability to actually make a proper Subway sub.
