We came away very happy to be assisted by such a pleasant sales lady, Jennifer. We thought we knew what we wanted going in but after looking at all the options in the store we started over again. We ended up with a kitchen faucet that we really like but hadn’t considered before, thanks to Splashes. The plumber gave us two thumbs up when he showed up to install it stating it’s the faucet he bought for his kitchen and he’s installed many Delta 02 Touch. There are a few complaints here about how expensive this store is, the manager has responded with a reasonable answer to help satisfy those customers. I’d like to add that we have always purchased good quality fixtures and that decades later they work as new. Most or all quality plumbing fixtures are guaranteed for as long as you own the home.
