Great store. Has pretty much every kind of cosmetic and skin care product a woman's face could need. The staff is very friendly. I was shown around by one of the staff the different varieties of products in the store. They helped out a great deal. I was able to make knowledgeable purchases for my Girlfriend and my Daughter. I will always go back to Sephora. They made the shopping experience for the man to buy the needs and wants for the ladies. Thank you

This is the only branch in Victoria and yet lots of best sellers are missed there.
Can’t go in there without a worker giving you an ugly glare, especially if you aren’t wearing makeup! They also follow you around the entire time and it makes it a completely awful shopping experience. How am I supposed to decide it I want to buy something when someone is saying something to me over my shoulder or following me the whole time asking what I’m looking for. News flash: clients are allowed to come in to simply browse and it’s not a crime. Stop acting like I’m doing something criminal for simply wanting to walk around and see what’s new. The girls that work at the cash register are the only nice people there. The sales floor staff is overbearing and act really entitled.
Great help when I need it, but I get followed around the store by multiple employees, even when I'm in my work uniform. I just hit rouge a few months ago and honestly I won't make an effort to maintain it.
Horrible! Unbelievably rude and snotty workers! No one helped me & when I was checking out perfume I was ignored. 2 collage girls were smelling perfume with a employee but when I went to smell a perfume I was told within seconds “no lowering my mask”! Yet others did the exact same to smell perfume with an employee right in the open. Unreal how uptight, hypocritical and controlling some of them are! Oh didn’t even ask me if I wanted a bag. This isn’t la .... it’s Victoria get over yourselves! I’ll stick to going to Mac where they are nice!
Karson was the best associate at this store! I needed to find a perfume for my wedding and he knew so much about all the perfumes and really helped narrow down my search. Thanks so much to Karson! I will request for his assistance any time I go in.
Prices are rediculous BUT wife loves the products sooo...I gotta pay them!!!
