WORST attitude...WORST service...PATHETIC knowledge base. For two years our programme has not worked. For two years I have tried to get answers and am told..every single time \I will submit a ticket\. I tried to have a meeting but was told...too bad, so sad. Being told , by the part Owner, if you're not happy with it, try something else, its a subscription service and that means you should not expect any guarantee that it will work the way you were told it would. This is my first every negative review...I am beyond disgusted with the lack of satisfaction I received.
