It is absolutely relaxing to walk into lush, especially with staff so friendly and generous. Alison was extremely helpful with suggestions and also gave my wife and I a little wedding gift! 10/10 would recommend.

Great location. Helpful staff. Due to COVID protocols, test samples prior to buying is not available for most products. However, if have find any issues after buying, you can return them for a full refund (keep your receipt). This happened to me with their bath bombs - I ended up having an unknown allergic reaction (laureth sulfate).
I just want to thank the lovely staff of Lush on Government street. They are very sweet and helpful. I left my shampoo in there after paying, and they were able to contact me right away to let me know about it. Just very thoughtful of them!
I went into store today for Lush's boxing day sale and the staff were so lovely (even with a long line down the street & antsy customers). The staff are always so friendly and helpful at this location! I even had a defective product that they exchange without a problem. So kind and professional. Thank you!
