Kerry at Inspectech did an a very thorough and professional job for our home inspection. He provided a detailed report with clear recommendations, walked us through the important points, and came back to verify any concerns had been remedied when the current owners had addressed them. His depth of knowledge on all aspects of the house was exemplary. I would highly recommend Inspectech.

Rude - parked company vehicle on private property (licence plate MT-7013 - we have photos) ... REFUSED to moved it became patronizing & beligerent towards us, & then just walked away leaving his company vehicle illegally parked on our PRIVATE property that has \No trespassing\, 'private property' AND o parking\ signs on the fence ... Even at threat of tow he refused to move & was verbally patronizing& manipulative ... NOT VERY PROFESSIONAL AT ALL - disgusting display of lack of care for others & their property ... he was behaving like he was entitled to OUR property !!!

Kerry is the man if you ever need home inspection done. While the bloodhound guys have corny YouTube videos and great internet marketing, they backed out the moment I questioned them on the value provided. Kerry on the other hand took time explaining the process to me and put my mind to ease before I booked them. On the day of inspection Kerry thoroughly explained everything and I moved ahead with the home purchase. Keeping up with technology is an aspect I appreciated as well. Detailed report and pictures were provided on a USB that I have easily available on the cloud now for any future reference (as Kerry suggested some future improvements). Will definitely use Kerry and Inspectech again for my next property purchase.
