This store is always worth the trip! Staff were lovely, helpful and generous. They made my child laugh, they helped me find what would work for our house and they have good prices. I'm certain I paid less for a nicer fixture than if I'd gone to the big box stores. Plus they are pet friendly! They also set me up with great info for my next project.

Help me with my lighting for a PC I was working on
The two staff members who approached me were friendly and knowledgeable. They were not pushy. Apparently there is only a small fraction in the store compared to what is on their website. The staff also told me that if you like something on the website call them and they can say if there is something similar from a different manufacturer. Also apparently everything on the website is 20% off because it is not in stock in the store. They will order it in for you. That being said the store had plenty of ideas and was set up very nicely. It was less overwhelming than some stores. There is a public bathroom available.
Lovely store. So many choices and differing designs available right in the store. If you like a certain lighting style in a different colour they will order it in for you, no extra cost. And even with the sale price if having a sale. Very good customer service.
Non existent service on a Saturday. Good selection of lighting if you are willing to wait for service.
Super polite helpful service. What a selection of lights of every kind. Beautiful.

I have not bought anything from them in about 5 years, but I have been in twice since, one time being today. I had a lighting question. My wife bought a used book shelf with two 10W halogen lights that did not have a transformer - so unable to connect to power. The salesman (Clive) looked for a few in their inventory and tried to recommend a solution. It may be less expensive for my wife to look for replacement lights. I was impressed how Clive devoted time to my question, and even in the end when it didn't lead to a sale, I felt appreciated.
