Came here twice looking for a couch for my new place, but left undecided both times. Nevertheless, recieved beyond excellent service from the amiable Ben. Update: Came back, bought a couch from Ben. He was just as lovely. PS: with that smooth voice, he should have a podcast. No joke. I listen to design podcasts all the time. That's where I first heard of Gus*
I totally LOVE all the salespeople at Chester Fields. They truly know their stuff. Stock is always changing so worth a visit on a regular basis. Now with House of Chester right next door, it seems Chester is pretty darn busy. What a fun excursion!

Nice selection in store and excellent customer service. Well-informed personable staff who actually listen, understand client’s specific needs and provide prompt useful information. I feel they genuinely care for client’s satisfaction. I live in Vancouver and there is a store here carrying similar items but I would always order from Chester Fields in Victoria. Highly recommend them!
Didn’t feel welcome here at all when my partner and I stepped in. The employee made eye contact with us but was not welcoming (there was no one else in the store at that time, either). No greeting, didn’t ask us if we needed help, nothing. I guess we don’t look like the type of people to buy a 13,000 couch. Their loss! Won’t be going back.
My husband & I have bought all of our furniture at Chesterfields. We are especially fond of the Vancouver-designed line by Bensen. The quality is exceptional and the designs are all stunning. Now that they are manufactured in Italy they tend to take over 4 months for delivery but we've been generally happy to wait.
Excellent service that goes over and above. Beyond their excellent product mix and gorgeous pieces, Chris and his staff are conscientious and accommodating to an unbelievable degree. I would absolutely purchase from them again in a heartbeat. Chester Fields' team couldn't be better and they do sell the entire gus* modern line and provide delivery and service to Vancouver and the Lower Mainland. So many of these Google reviews are fake, but please trust this one is genuine. Five stars.
