From first estimate through to final invoicing, Brilliant Brothers were fantastic. Every member of their team was professional and courteous, and they did a stellar job on time with no surprises. Got rid of all the roof moss, as well as the hydroponic garden that appeared to be growing in my gutters, And my windows are sparkling clean - feels like a new house. I can't recommend them enough. I contacted Brilliant Brothers for a quote and someone dropped by within a few days to assess the job and then submitted a quote the following day via email. I wasn't expecting service for at least two weeks, but they had a cancellation and fit my job in within a couple of days of my accepting the quote. The crew (two guys) arrived a bit early on the appointed day, worked steadily and quietly (apart from the noise of the leaf blower at the end of the job) throughout the day - finishing before supper. They did a very thorough job of cleaning up and were careful to check whether I was satisfied with their work before leaving. I received before/after pictures of the job that evening along with the invoice. Given the length of time it took two guys to complete this job and quality of their work, I think the price was very reasonable. I couldn't be more pleased with the service and the attention I received from Brilliant Brothers. I wouldn't hesitate to ask them back or recommend this company. Nice work guys! Thank you all.

A good friend highly recommended Brilliant Brothers for my rental property that had unfortunately been very poorly taken care of from the tenant. I submitted an email request & from my first contact with Andy (within 24hrs), I felt a tremendous sense of relief. On top of his extremely kind & friendly nature, he was very empathetic with my situation & reassuring that the team could help get my property back to great shape. I was provided clear, concise written estimates the following week & found all services to be very fairly priced. They've just completed the first few jobs; including gutter cleaning, moss removal & roof treatment and did an excellent job! I really appreciated the before & after photos, as well as a follow up phone call to ensure all my expectations were met. I would very highly recommend their services & believe its rare to find a company these days that encompass all of these qualities. I was very impressed with Brilliant Brothers from start to finish. Other companies told me they wouldn't be able to provide gutter and window cleaning due to the configuration of my building but Andy came back twice for a site inspection and came up with a solution that worked for our cleaning needs. I highly recommend Brilliant Brothers for all your Window, Gutter, Moss etc. needs! I got quotes from two local to my neighbourhood companies and one company was definitely overcharging for their work, so I went with Brilliant Brothers. They were awesome, the work was done on-time, they took on an extra job I threw at them last minute (washing my vinyl siding) and my house has never looked so good! There are so many little things I appreciated about their work that have made my life easier (truly 5-star), they took before and after pictures to share with me, their communication was prompt and succinct and they offered pre-booking of follow up appointments for maintenance (makes my life so much easier not having to remember to call them in 2 years to check on the moss on my roof!).
