If I could rate 0 I would. Depending on the driver you’re getting friendly service(situational). But the biggest issue is flawed scheduling. I feel like buses arrive whenever they feel like. Buses arriving extremely late or early and even not showing up at all. Buses not frequent enough which causes overcrowding. Dirty buses and bus stops in disrepair with broken glass, water leaking, and no place to sit.

You are very irresponsible. You did not update your phone message or website until after 6am. You had buses scheduled before 6am. I checked the website and phone lines multiple times this morning before heading out into the blizzard to go catch my bus, which was scheduled for 5:50am. Every single update told me that buses were still running. I waited for fourty minutes in below zero temperatures for a bus to arrive, as I had to be at my job in healthcare. I am not saying you had to run the bus service in the snow. I am saying you need to update the people who rely on your service. What you did today was not good enough. Your incompetence used to only cause inconvenience. Today it could have gotten someone hurt.

Sad that they no longer offer the student bus pass. Was there to pick up taxi saver coupons for my dad who is a senior. It is pretty small and busy in there but the service was good.
