Good for kids
I have been coming to Victoria for my private lessons for the past 3 months and I must say I’ve already improved so much! I started ballet as an adult (mid-30s) but due to some circumstances, I was forced to quit ballet for about a year and half. Now that I am trying to get back into ballet, I realize that my body is not the same as the last time I was taking lessons. I can already see and feel how much I have improved and I am getting very excited. I hope that I will be able to continue with Victoria for a very long time. She is very fun and engaging and she teaches in a very constructive manner, so that I won’t be discouraged. She is also a very flexible person, which I truly appreciate. If you are looking for a ballet lesson in this area, look no further. If you make Victoria your teacher, you will not regret it!

I cannot express in words how happy I am to have found Victoria to train my daughter. She is so knowledgeable and supportive to her students. She teaches proper Vaganova technique. She is a graduate of the Vaganova Academy and danced with the Mariinsky for 15 years. Her experience is unparalleled. My daughter has blossomed under her tutelage.
My two daughters have been studying with Ms. Victoria for 2 years. They did not know very much ballet when they started and today, they are graceful and beautiful dancers. Ms. Victoria is very gentle with all of her students but instills the correct technique as if they were real ballerinas and also inspires each child to reach for her potential in classical ballet. Students here experience the real classical choreography as well as having an opportunity to dance solos at almost every level and age. Ms. Victoria believes no child should be held back and encourages her students to excel. I have taken my daughters to many studios in the surrounding area. They seem nice but they do not really teach authentic technique as well as I have found at the Victoria Ballet Theatre. My view is that one should invest in a school that teaches ballet properly with a constant eye on proper technique and joy for dance.
