Used to own the condo that was built by Abstract Developments. I've only lived in a condo entire my life and never had condo like this ever. Noise level is too too high. I've talked to the neighbors (older couple) from upstairs quite a few times and they've tried their best to keep the noise down. Yes, it is all-wood-framed building. However, never had this much of noise before from another \all-wood-framed\ buildings. I wonder they even follow the construction standard. If you are considering to buy a condo unit from Abstract, buy top floor or concrete-built units only.

I was warned about Abstract but have now seen the fruit of how they do business. Too many projects on the go to finish what they started and unprofessional higher ups when I contacted them. They are all about sales and no follow through. months later a number of items are slow to be finished or unconfirmed, and Abstract is stalling about funds for a broken elevator affecting all the residents. Kudos to Sarah and Kaitlyn who did provide good service in the aspect of sales. I don't recommend the business overall.
I have known Mike Miller and the team at Abstract Developments for nearly 15 years. All of their projects are second to none - everything from initial layout to finished product are completed to very high standards. There's a reason why they are a multi award winning company and overall it's because they are passionate about their customers and employees.
I have worked with Abstract Developments as as sub trade for many years. I've always had a positive experience with this company.
Abstract Developments have found an exciting way to integrate modernity and provide solutions for current needs in an impressive balance with our Victoria must beloved and traditional neighbourhoods. I don't know anyone at Abstract but had followed as an audience a couple of their current projects. Congratulations!
