The utter stupidity of their builders is simply outstanding
Amazing customer service, bought our sons first gaming pc back in the summer - exactly what we wanted. He’s wanted to make some changes to the PC after a months and VIBOX have been happy to answer questions and give advice without hesitation. I must say we were particularly impressed with Zak’s knowledge and customer service skills, really made such a difference.
We purchased a PC bundle for our son in July of this year. We were over the moon with the quality and couldn't fault the customer service from Zak and his team. I needed to call only to find out how to put it all together and he couldn't have been more helpful. I have spoken to them again today for advice regarding a graphics card upgrade and I was talked through all of the options and they have even sent an email to me so my son can answer some questions to make sure he gets the right one for him. My son is heavily reliant on his PC as he is autistic and I am grateful for all the help given. Good customer service and care should always be praised.
A Big Thank You to Zac for all of his advice on our grandson George's tower, to customer services for keeping in touch on the build and delivery and the owner for honouring the cost even though prices changed at a busy time of the year. George had the biggest of smiles on Christmas Day.
