I’ve been looking for a 2020 Kawasaki Z900 for ages and finally found one at VIA MOTO, but the second lock-down was looming and everywhere was shutting down. I spoke to Malcolm Eagle (great name) and he sorted everything out within 2 days, on the third day the bike was delivered to my home! Can you believe that! In a world of poor service and COVID19 excuses, this company (and total legend: Malcolm) sorted out delivery of this bike from initial phone call to delivery in three days. This is the type of service which is unfortunately lacking today – I want to say thank you so much Malcolm and Via Moto for what has been a truly AMAZING service. And the Z900 is totally awesome – THANK YOU.
I bought a new Honda Forza there in October 2020 only took a few minutes to sort out. A few days later they delivered it and took my px away. Great service and a great scooter.
My wife brought her first bike from here. Top notch service from the minute we walked in the door..arranged a very competitive finance package for us. Arranged delivery and even stuck l plates on for us. I forget the cgaps name but he was spot on. We then went into the clothes dept and spoilt ourselves with new bits. Jackets helmets etc. Steve was very knowledgeable and extremely helpful. We left extremely happy. Thanks guys. Keep doing what your doing. It was a pleasure dealing with you both.
I brought my wife a monkey bike from here. All very easy from the minute we stepped foot in the door. Nothing was too much trouble for the guys. I think the chap we brought the bike from and dealt with the paperwork was called karl or will? Apologies if thats wrong but he was superb. 3 signatures and few details given for delivery and that was it. Top notch service. We then decided to kit ourselves out in new bike clothing and a helmet for my wifes new bike. Steve ran through everything with us and my wifes constantly changing mind! He was patient and couldnt have done anymore if he tried. Superb service. Extremely knowledgeable and a joy to purchase from. We spent a small fortune here (to us anyway) but were not pushed into anything we did not want or need and service was amazing. Even chucked in a couple freebies. Thanks so much guys.
