Bought our car from VFM back in early October and was very pleased with the very professional level of service we received throughout the purchase experience. Viewing the car was very easy and we never felt pushed to purchase at any stage. We were incredibly impressed with the service the team offered and subsequently fulifilled for us. On collection day the car was found to be prepared as promised it would be with warranty in place and complete assurance that we could raise any queries at any stage. Nearly 3 months after our purchase we are still completely satisfied with our purchase and the service provided. I will certainly revisit VFM when it comes to any future car purchase and I would 100% recommend VFM.

After fully packed my car, ready to move out, I had the surprise to find that one of my tyre was completely flat. I was advice to take my car to this garage \ as they may be able to help\. Only a few hours later, my car had a new tyre fitted and for a very reasonable price. I couldn't be more grateful, they have saved my day. Thank you, thank you, thank you!

Very helpful and didn’t feel pushed to buy the car . We went to see the car and they let us test drive it and answered all the questions. After one week we have the car and it’s in excellent condition. It was fully cleaned and it’s nice that they give 3 months warranty and free one year AA breakdown cover. So happy with our VW high up!
