Possibly the best service and meal since I've been living in Switzerland. Yes there are some other great places, but caring staff, excellent ambiance and perfect food preparation make this a favorite. A great place for a great experience.

The food was good but the service was soooo slow . Apparently the place was understaff and not all of them are professional. It spent us a long time to have any service. There’s much space to be improved ! The hotel is very beautiful. Worth having a look.
Great service and the meal was fantastic. We enjoyed the Lake perch fillets with potatoes and the lamb specialty, both were delicious and well prepared. Our sommelier paired some Swiss wines with each course and it was fabulous.
BAked Alaska is very delicious
Very slow service, waiters are rude, they made mistakes couple of times in our order not recommended at all for average food.
Das Restaurant wirkt ein wenig altbacken. Von der Küche, der Weinkarte und dem tadellosen Service kann ich dies nicht behaupten. Es stimmte einfach alles. Die gebratene Entenleber kam punktgenau gebraten auf den Teller. Der Apfel hätte ein wenig dünner sein können. Die Sauce war der Hit. Der Hummer hätte der Koch nicht besser machen können. Das Gemüse dazu passte und die Bisque war traumhaft. Beim Seeteufel verhielt es sich nicht anders. Ein grossartiges Restaurant, das ich wärmstens empfehlen kann.
Menu d'hiver à 95.- (entrée, 2 plats, 1 dessert), tout a été très bon Musique de la pianiste agréable depuis la salle, ensuite nous avons fini dans le salon marocain, qui est très beau, mais où on est loin de nos amis Pas trouvé le sommelier particulièrement sympa, quand aux vins, même si on commandait une bouteille, il en sortait directement 2. Très bonne petite Arvine de Betrisey, mais le Dézaley rouge (Bovard), qui normalement est excellent, était trop froid, ouvert à la dernière minute et servi en retard, le plat étant déjà entamé. Nous sommes aussi mal tombés ce soir là, car le bar était vide, plus d'amaretto, ni divers autres boissons.
