Our appointment had to be cancelled because there weren't enough vets able to get to the practice due to snow, but the rescheduling options were numerous and the staff really accommodating. This is the first time we have needed a vet since moving to York and were really pleased with how friendly and communicative the staff at the practice were - no problems, the pet plan is great value, and we are really pleased with the care offered to our cat.

My cat chico who is 13 years old had a fat cheek seemed to be an abcess, vets gave antibiotics then few weeks later they operated and took 7 teeth out. Because of covid you do have to stay outside, I would like to suggest they have a table or sometimes as when you are waiting with a cat in its carrier you have to put them on the floor and if there is dogs also waiting it may scare them because they are more face to face, I just knelt on the floor with chico but a table would be more helpful. They are fantastic there, his bill was around 700 pounds to which they do a pay monthly thing which is done with a credit check. All staff are professional and I actually travel here from my village which has a vets literally round the corner from me but this is the best one so worth the extra miles.

Our vet is lovely and clearly cares about the animals. The reception staff are friendly too and always do everything they can for you. We have made use of their vaccination program on all of our pets and it is really good value.
Trustworthy and very kind extremely thorough examinations and always double checking tests& treat our pets like their own and thanku so much for blazieboys last few comfortable months
