Took my dog in on three separate occasions and was told that this problem was normal and 'usual' for the breed, sought a 2nd opinion at a different veterinary clinic to find out that my dog required hundreds of pounds treatment which could've been prevented had Vets4 Pets in Watford actually done their job properly in the first place. Also took weeks for the practice to send over documents to my insurer and was told 'they're busy' and 'a small practice'. Would NOT recommend.

Although the appointments were running late, I felt that the treatment of my cat wasn't cut short in any way. They took time to examine her and clean and drain her abscesses as much as they could. They took their time to ensure she got the best treatment.

The vets and reception staff are always friendly, attentive, and nice to chat with. My dog is always well taken care of, and enjoys our visits to the vet. I do wish I'd gotten info on the health plan, but other than that, I'm happy with the service I've received.
AMAZING service. They definitely care alot about their animals making sure to inform you on anything your not sure about and making sure the hamster is not anxious and has the correct stuff to live a full life. You can put all the stuff you need near the till and they will check it is everything that you need or are curious about.You can then complete your documents over ownership of the pet. Whilst you pay they will vet check the hamster to make sure it is happy and healthy.Everyone was so nice. I have enclosed a picture of my little 2 month old hammy i got from their just 2 days ago (for me) 17/1/18
