During Lockdown our cat was very ill and had to be put down. The staff was very kind and I even got a chance to hold my cat and say good bye, which made a huge difference. To our surprise we even received a personal sympathy card signed by the Vets4Pets team, a very thoughtful thing to do. Thank you to the entire team!
