Great staff and look after the animals with the highest of care. During covid things have been difficult but they have the patients and owners best interests in mind. They are amazing
I had an appointment for my dog 2 months ago, they were late by 15 minutes, now 2 months after went again for the checkup and tried to call to let them know I was there and waiting and no one picked it up or called me back. I tried 6 times over the course of 18 minutes (1 time line was busy, other 5 times phoneless in rang for 30 seconds and no one picked it up) asked one of the vets and told me they're just busy, try again. 6th time picked up my call and said they don't have any miss calls and tried to blame asking if the number was dialed correctly! How can you book an appointment from certain number, then recall from call log and be wrong 5 times and 6th time surprisingly works?... Horrible customer service. Vet was OK I guess, didn't solve my problem but since this was the checkup he didn't get the chance to solve the issue.
