Phil the vet seen to my JackChi after she injured her back leg. Very professional and easy to talk to regarding my dog, her injury and the next steps. You could see he was very much an animal/dog lover and his main priority was the care of my dog. Very informative visit. The practice is very well laid out and covid safe, hygiene performed during my visit for the waiting room. Chairs all spaced out and dividers in place along with masks. A good entry technique to phone and let them know your there before they allow you up to the waiting area and masks worn by all with at least 2M distance between all people. I could not rate this visit or indeed the practice itself more highly. Very happy with my recent visit and hopefully, a good outcome for my dog and her injuries. Thank you to the receptionists polite, friendly and helpful attitude as well as the vet himself.

The staff were exceptional in looking after Robbie and myself. They explained everything clearly and kept me informed of Robbie’s progress. I was a wreck putting Robbie in for his treatment but the staff were brilliant with me as well.
Charged 45 for asking vet 1 question. Complained wasn't told about charges before hand to be told yes vet Bill's r always expensive. The ? I asked was does my guinea pigs leg look normal to be told yes looks completely fine to then get asked for 45 as this is price for the consultation. Not happy a total rip off should have been told prices before seeing vet. When explained had no money in account hot told to go to side and call around to see if anyone could help me out totally appalled with way I was treated.
Absolutely love this vet... and our dog does too! That's a big deal in my book. A testament to how good they are with our boy
Great service and interest taken in my pet first and foremost, making the experience for our cat as positive as possible. Also the current COVID guidance was in place and followed by staff, making the visit as stressless as possible for my husband.
