Amazing pet care always makes my cat feel comfortable

My puppy was hit by a car - there was no hesitation when I called, and they were able to see her within a few minutes of arriving. Everyone was so helpful and patient with me during the highly stressful situation, and the vet was so patient with my anxiety and questions. He even humoured my concerns about an unrelated ear issue and checked/cleaned/treated her ear which turned out to have mites. Everyone was so helpful and so understanding and I felt confident she was checked thoroughly and treated.
I contacted vets4pets regarding my 10yr old budgie who had fallen off his perch and looked like he had hurt his leg/claw. They gave me an appointment straight away. The vet was great and very informative and gave good advice .
I've just joined this surgery and I'm so much happier, all the staff are lovely and struan is the best vet I've had as he worked at my previous vets on a short period so I'm happy to have joined this one 5 ️ to this vets. Keep up the good work.
