Everyone there was very friendly and polite except one woman. She was very rude to me and actually shouted at me twice. I brought to my chicken there because she was limping and obviously was hurt, and this woman started going on about the colour of her poo. She did not help at all and find me 150 for some medicine which she didn’t tell me what it was. A few weeks after we gave my chicken the medicine, she passed away in her sleep. I’m honestly convinced she gave us a type of drug to put her to sleep. In my opinion I wouldn’t recommend for chickens or birds. The receptionists were very kind and friendly and knew what breed my chicken was. But the actual vet was totally different. She was very rude and unhelpful
