Having just transferred my pet over to Vets4Pets my first impressions are very good. The receptionists were friendly to me and my dog, they offered my dog a treat whilst in the waiting area, and the vet came and introduced themselves to my pet making sure my dogs was comfortable before starting treatment. All staff were really friendly.

Currently when you arrive you have to call as there is limited seating (due to social distancing) however I have never had to wait more than a few minutes. The staff are friendly and certainly knowledgeable. I really feel they welcome me and my cat Mr Pickles. The staff have looked after him well and the receptionists have certainly been fantastic in looking after me when I've worried about treatment. I would not hesitate to recommend this branch of vets 4 pets. I have had dealings with the Pudsey branch on a professional level that would make me question the overall policies so please do visit your local branch before deciding if to entrust your pet to their care. Accrington is excellent.
My pet was in some discomfort due to matter fur, the nurse was very sympathetic and even though I was quite sure he wouldn't tolerate the removal of the fur he came back to me with the painful matter fur removed. I left with a very happy pet. A very calm experience the opposite to what I was expecting. Thank you
Excellent friendly staff... Clean environment. Great vets and not expensive for a vets either
The reception area was very clean and I was dealt with promptly. The lady vet that dealt with me was very very nice and showed a genuine interest and concern in my pet. She explained everything to me regarding my pets weight and the medication that she had dispensed for a skin allergy that my pet had.
