The practice always has, and continues to be, incredibly compassionate, professional and understanding I rang to make an appointment after finding a tumour. This is a recurrence of a previous illness. I was very upset. Everyone was incredibly understanding. I have never been able to fault the practice
Minor emergency yesterday with our gorgeous Bella. She had a stick lodged in her throat which obviously caused her much distress. The vet service was brilliant. The receptionist, the nurse and the vet were all wonderful. They were friendly professional and understanding and were lovely to Bella. Thanks from the bottom of our hearts. She’s fine again now, thanks to you guys
