My pet was poorly, and although not registered at the time with Vets4Pets they assisted me with registering my pet and got her seen on the same day. I was satisfied with the way my pet was looked after, medicated and the way everything was explained to me. Its a very difficult time with the pandemic, but measures were in place and I'm so thankful that Vets4Pets were able to see my pet so quickly.

Good priced, vets change quiet often is hard to see 2-3 times the same. First time when I start to frequent this vet found a Romanian one, after was an Italian and now last time think she was Poland. Is nice also to see the same person who recognise your pet. Here is hard. Anyway they do their job.
First time I used this vets and will not recommend to anyone. Waited for a call back from the practice manager and 4 days later still no response. Very quick to give you a price and when asked to break the cost down I was huffed at by Megan the nurse. I did not feel valued by her or the practice manager. First time owner of a kitten and was very concerned for her welfare. Megan said she would call us after the appointment but obviously couldn’t be bothered. Very bad attitude which came across extremely unhelpful! I paid emergency cost and purchased all recommended medication and get treated like a mug... at least fake your smile even if you don't mean it!!
As always fantastic service. We have used this practice for many years and they have never faltered. Staff always very friendly and approachable. Well done to all of you!!
