Last year my French bulldog started having seizures. Of course this was out of the blue and took him in straight away - pre warning them before arriving. I was told I'd have an emergency appointment and he'd be seen as soon as I got there. My poor boy was having facial twitches almost constantly and was panting so hard because he had a high temperature. Yet I had to wait for almost 30 painful minutes before being taken into a room just for a nurse to take his temperature... I was wondering when they were going to actually do something or tell me what to do. It turns out they were trying to delay things because the vet wasn't available. When the vet finally arrived about another 30 minutes later, she asked what had happened and said there isn't anything they can do and I needed to take him to a specialist. Whilst she went off to arrange an emergency appointment for me and get directions...which I was waiting a further 45 minutes for...the receptionist came in to charge me for the emergency appointment...around 80...for them to take his temperature and tell me there's nothing they can do! I am disgusted that my boy was suffering for nearly 2 hours when he shouldn't have had to. It took us over an hour to get to the specialist, where they took him off straight away to get him stable. Davies' specialist vets were absolutely amazing and helped get my boy better and for that I will be forever grateful. It's a shame I can't say the same for Vets4Pets. I have since moved vets as I cannot risk letting something like this happening to him again. This company should be closed down.

Expensive but consistent. They are great with our dog, but higher prices than other local vets.
