We recently had one of our cats put to sleep here. The cat was very old, 18 to 20 years old, which is really old for a cat. The staff were extremely sympathetic and helpful. But what has earned them a 5-star review is the sympathy card we have just received through the post. Thank you to all the staff there, that was a very sweet and kind gesture.

Very good vets. Always prompt and polite and very happy with the standards of service.
Massively rude receptionist at the desk. During times of trouble & mental health is at an all time low...then head down to Vets4Pets in Reading, where you will be given a Keane CD to cut your wrists with a hell-ish like welcome. Customer service can be much improved here! If they hate animals that much then I strongly suggest you enter into an alternative market where staff don't have to engage with customers (human or pet formed).
Thank you for everything you did for Betty she has become even more loving, eats so well and doesn't drink water, she's a very happy cat now. Thank you.
