The vets and nurses are always very friendly, the receptions are sometimes helpful but not always. With COVID we have to now wait outside or in the car to be called. This is fine but the vets are ALWAYS running behind and when I have my cat in the carrier he gets distressed having to wait, it also worries me having to hand him over to the nurse outside as if he were to somehow get out of the carrier he is on the main road.

Lovely staff, everything explained clearly and felt they were really interested and acknowledged my pet,and needs. Called for advice, and given an appointment same day, which was great. Overall great experience for myself and pet.

The staff is just amazing. Our Pet was very happy after and we felt safe with all the covid measures in place!
