The receptionist were kind and friendly. The vet was well informed and tailed treatment to the ages of the pet 6year old guinea pig. Explaining clearly recommendations on looking after her and other pets and how much of the antibiotic was required. He was very caring and was complementary on how well Rosie has been handed as she was so chilled out.

I had an overall excellent experience at my local practice in Crawley. Whilst my dog Krussi has now recently passed away I had always received a lot of help and assistance from Mina, one of the vets there who treated her. Even during lock down, Mina would always find the time to speak to me and answer the various concerns I had about my dog's condition and couldn't have been more helpful. When my dog was finally put to sleep due to her worsening heart condition and age at a different practice, Vets4pets Crawley sent me a sympathy card signed by most of those at the practice, which was very touching. I'd like to thank all of the staff at Crawley for their kind thoughts and help.
Practice was filthy dirty. Went to collect must have allergy meds and as there is a debt on account which doesn’t even belong to me vets refused to dispense meds so my dog is now expected to suffer. Will be registering with a new vets and urge everyone to do the same. Unprofessional uncaring dirty practice. I even witnessed a member of staff take a phone from a customer who was not wearing his mask over his face and continue to speak to the person on the phone the man had just been speaking into. I do not believe this is following covid restrictions. Avoid this unprofessional practice.
