Vets4Pets - Bangor NW

The owner of this practice is a conning woman. She charges for treatments your animal doesn’t need. So many bills have been inflated in price with things the poor animal doesn’t need. Ive had second opinions and the bill should be half the price of what vets for pets charge. She lets her boyfriend run around like he own the place he’s only the receptionist. And not a very good one at that. If you truly love your animals take them to someone who actually cares about their well being and not how much money she can make off them. Disgraceful place

Took this fella here as he’d hurt his foot. He’s quite nervous and not keen on visiting the vet, however Stephanie was extremely good with him and he’s getting better.

My dear friend contacted the practice last Sunday morning as their pet was suffering and in pain, it was time for him too be put too sleep. She was told to contact a different practice as they were too busy! Is Anke Hill , a vet who has been working at the practice for some time, the same person who is allegedly charged with kidnapping a child at knifepoint in the Daily Post?

I visited this practice to pick some prescription up where I was spoken to by one of the female vets in an absolutely disgraceful manner regarding their covid-19 guidelines. She spoke as if she had been given some sort of power above all else that gave her the right to not only talk to myself as if I was a piece of dirt but also to her colleague whom was doing a brilliant job considering the pressure he was under with all the phones ringing. If this female vet has this sort of compassion towards fellow human beings then god help what she would be like with my pets. Never will I use this practice again and have now found a family owned vets practice that values their customers and their pets. The only thing this vet has achieved with her bullying mannerism is that I could walk out of the door and take my business elsewhere.
