My dog Percy was cared for by Vets Now over the weekend of February 6-7th at Grange Farm hospital, and I was kept informed of his status at all times. The information given to me was factual and detailed, in how his aspiration pneumonia was affecting him and the treatment choice prescribed. Although he was very ill and I was worried, this was allayed quite a lot by the professionalism of the vets concerned, which was second to none, and for this I am very grateful. Thank you very much to Clare and Libby who were the vets who communicated with me.

Absolutely disgusting pricing! The vet did a good job, however for over 500 you would expect to. originally they wanted 1400 for stitching and sedation. I nearly cried who has that kind of money once they have your dog in there they won’t come out until you’ve paid. No wonder the nurse says when you hand you dog over don’t worry about the cost at the moment there will be options. It was 185 just for my dog to walk through the door. I know people have insurance but unless you have high sums for a payout you would easily land up paying for some of the treatment. They are making vast amounts of money out of peoples concern for their animal and wanting to get them sorted. I’m surprised that something is not done to stop this daylight robbery by capping prices so they cannot charge these extortionate prices.

Few days ago i turned up with dead cat in my arms seeking for help. Unfortunately they couldn't help my Luna but they helped me going through this. We was heart broken and in total shock. Very understanding and loving people are working there. Once again thank you from the bottom of my heart️

The care and attention vets now give to the animals is amazing and I had no qualms about going there. I had to have my dog pts on Boxing Day and they were so lovely to us. The dogs have all been with them at one time. As an overnight vet they are pretty pricey, my insurers wouldn’t pay out even half of what their hospitalisation fee is and i think charging as a minimum for 7 hours of care whether they have your animal for 30 minutes or 7 hours is not right. Mine was with them for 9 hours one time and I had to pay for 14 even tho weekdays they only open for 13 hours. However this is not a moan about staffing or treatment as it’s a head office policy. And every time I was kept abreast of costs and told what they would be at every turn. Tho in a pet emergency it’s not your first thought and you will just say yes. One last thing I really appreciated the amount of time the vets take to speak to you about your animals health. Whether in person or on phone or during the pandemic prob in the car park, I always felt comfortable with them and the whole team there. The cost is the only reason for dropping a star.

Unfortunately I had to have my Maltese dog Rocky put to sleep and I took him to Vets Now. The nurse and the vet were amazing. So understanding and friendly. It was one of the worst thing I have ever done, but they made it bearable
