All l can say is a very big thank you for letting me be with tinkerbell at the end. For the compassion that was shown.

I couldn't have asked for more. Considering all of the difficulties at the moment the vet went above and beyond to make sure not only was everything possible done for my ferret but that they kept me regularly updated and discussed everything with me. I am so appreciative of their help and support. If you need help out of hours do not hesitate to call.
Fantastic team. Regularly updated me regarding my cat's progress... helpful and friendly. This was Christmas day and Boxing Day. Brilliant!
I had to use this service out of hours unexpectedly. I made a call, explained symptoms and advised to attend immediately. Difficult in these Covid times but a call when i arrived meant a Vet immediately came out and made an assessment and my dog taken in. My dog was very unwell and was diagnosed with heart failure. The Vet came out and we discussed options. Full treatment was commenced scans performed and close observation with a promise of a call in 4 hours. A call came as promised but my dog was not doing well. I was allowed to go to the surgery to be with my dog where unfortunately, i had to make that dreadful decision and he died in my arms. He was 16. The Vet treated me with kindness and compassion throughout and the surgery helped me with arranging what happened next. They looked after my dog so carefully and looked after me, even when i came back to bring my boy home. I would wholeheartedly recommend this practice in an emergency situation as my experience was. Thank you to all.
Everyone went above and beyond to look after our cat and we are so appreciative of that. The kindness that was shown to her and us when we finally had to say goodbye to her is more than we have ever experienced anywhere and something we will never forget. We were left feeling that they couldn’t have done anything more and no one can ask for more than that. Highly recommended and forever grateful.
