These people are absolutely fantastic. I mean they are just the best. Sure the wait time may be a little long, but it’s definitely worth it. They’re so understanding and patient every time we go. They’re so nice over the phone also. My partner already made a review on here but I wanted to post another one myself, that’s how good they are. They’re so polite and they have worked with us since we first got our dog. The price is reasonable and they are respectful of their trade.

I took in my very sick dog, a miniature dachshund named Kora. The staff were very kind and caring. The process had changed a bit due to the pandemic. Nowadays, you arrive, park your car, call the office to let them know you're there, and they assign you a number. When your number's up, the staff will go to your car and take your pet. You are no longer allowed to go inside. If the vet has questions, he/she will call you while your pet is inside the clinic. When they're done they take your pet back to you, then you wait for another call for payment. It's easier to pay with debit/credit card over the phone. If not then someone comes with the correct change and gives you your receipt and meds, if any.

Quick service, even during a busy hour. Priced well and caring and courteous. You call to check in when you arrive and they come out to your car for your pet. Dr. Daniel Segovia was very informative and caring over the phone. Spoke to us like we were there in person. Over all very pleased with our visit.

Dr. Martin (husband & wife) are the kindest most professional veterinarians I have ever entrusted with the care of my puppies. I am so glad they took over this location from Dr, John Spruiell who was also a wonderful vet. There is no other veterinarian clinic in Laredo with the caliber of excellence and service provided by Doctors and staff of Veterinary Care Center of Laredo. Two thumbs up!!
