I was offered a sensible price for my trade in. In the current conditions the transaction was carried out over the phone, which is not ideal but the only way at the moment. All went smoothly , when I collected the new car it was click and collect . I did at last then have contact with a human !!

During lockdown we needed to replace our Honda after an accident. I found a suitable car online at Vertu Honda Mansfield. They were very efficient and friendly, everything was done online or by phone, even signatures via a text messaging system. I was sent a video of the car before agreeing to buy and then had it delivered at a time of my choosing for a very reasonable price. All in all a very satisfactory experience and the car is exactly as described.
