I came in for a simple computer repair, they told me it would be a quick turnaround. Over the past week, I called a dozen times only to receive two callbacks each time asking me what the pin to even open my computer. Today, I’m finally told to come pick it up after 10 days and upon arrival there’s no one at their shop even though I show up in between the supposed hours that they’re open and I called to make sure they would be there at 11AM. Do not waste your time here. My computer wasn’t even fixed after all.

Mike King and John are both very knowledgeable. Everybody out there claims they know a lot about computers but these guys really are experts. And they're honest, too. Nice guys. They've worked on two of my laptops. My experience? They're great! There's a sign in front of their building that says \Hilltop Shopping Center\...makes it a little easier to find them.
