All staff approached refused to help with lifting bag of sand into the car. They were rude and used Covid as their excuse. Fellow customer sympathised and agreed they were rude and unhelpful.

Large retail builders merchants, we are so lacking of any all in one type store in this region they are now the go to place for the biggest choice and maybe the best prices, no trade discount but you can loan a van for free for 1 hour is you have a membership card, about the only thing the card give you, certainly not discount on purchases. Usually busy but no wonder as there is a MacDonald and a Super U with petrol on this site, it all adds up to a good reason to go there!
