I was attending the school for 3 years, and they were all horrible. the food was either bland, or strangely prepared, and you waited long times in the lunch lines, to the point where you start to question whether or not it's worth the wait just to grab some poorly prepared steak. the classes taught us nothing of value, often had metric tons of homework, and had tests that were often to long to complete in the given timespan. the dorm rooms were small and poorly maintained with poor hygiene conditions, witch led to frequent lice outbreaks that took far to long to deal with. the weekend trips were bland and boring, with shopping trips taking place 90% of the time, and other recreational trips the other 10%, and there are no educational trips( such as visiting a science or fossil museum) the only good field trip in the year is a trip to Disney Land, and it is often far to short to properly enjoy. The uniforms were old and outdated, and were made with cheap materials that ripped far to easily, to the pint where one's pants can rip if you sit down to fast, and they restricted movement around the legs and shoulders. the study hall hours were long, often being around 2 hours on weekdays and 1.5 hours on Wednesdays and weekends, and the 8th and 9th graders had 30 more minutes of study hall after dinner. the house masters and visiting teachers are often occupied, absent, or unwilling to assist you with homework, and you are only allowed to use the house computers during study hall, witch are often taken up by other students and the computers were old and outdated. please note that this was my opinion of the school, and that it might have some positive points as well.

This school is just a big scam. It was a huge waste of money. The teachers and classes were horrible and I hated the excursions. The food was really bad and the rooms were dirty there were bugs everywhere. When my parents reported to the school nothing was done and the school director told me to cancel the complaint. There were disco nights which was truly just torture. I don’t recommend this camp. It was a huge waste of money and my time. We also had trips and i the choice of trips was really bad. The counselors were irresponsible and not kind, The camp was being really sexist to girls. Making me feel like a useless human being.

Great teachers and help however most of the buildings should be renovated or the beds and wardrobes changed because of their old age. For someone who would like to learn French I recommend.

Personally for me it was a very bad experience . I was thinking about some room cleaner at list not dirty . They were cleaner the toilet literally once a day so that’s why the the toilet hygiene was terrible and disgusting . We were approximately 10 or more in the room and they were not age difference. For example a kid of 6 years old and a teenage of 16 was in the same room . One day I see a preservative box used a long time ago in my locker , and more thing like that . They were some Bully in the schools and literally the animators did nothing they just watch . And most of the kids were smoking at the age of 13 , 14 , 15 , ...

Sent my daughter this summer (19), hoping that it was a well organized summer camp with professional staff managing it. It was far from what you would expect. Lack of organization, girls left alone to choose two activities per day without any supervision, had lots of time to do nothing and complaint the afternoons were just left on their own. the girls were left to choose rooms and rooms were therefore made of groups with shared native language, so no french was spoken among them. I did complaint to the Management but little was done other than speak with my child directly that made her feel bad as she felt the staff was showing to a 15 years old girl that there was nothing wrong about it. I provided my mobile telephone the the Director to have call with him and understand if we could solve the many issues going on without involving my child. I shared with him how upset I was the lack of organization but he never called and again, just replied my mail and went to speak with my child instead. I surely do not recommend this Summer school and would suggest that someone really takes into consideration that even in a nice place with great facilities the most important thing parents look for is professional staff that really look after the well being of our children and to take the most of this experience.

Great school to learn French, highly qualified teachers. A great place to live abroad.

....one of the best (boarding) schools out there. If anything, at least enroll your kids for the summer program, where they can learn French as a second or third language in no time.......
