Great place with good food. We visited with a group, and everyone was enthousiast about this place. A bit out of the city center, but certainly worth the walk .

Lovely service and welcome. Table outside in covered terrace early evening. Quickly and efficiently served. Can park nearby without charge. Portions are generous and food tasty. Small menu but with some interesting dishes. Recommended if feeling hungry.

II have travelled down the Adriatic, along the Black Sea and back up through Central Europe for the past two months. During that time I have eaten in many good restaurants but this was clearly the best of the lot. Everything was perfect, the friendly smiling waiter, the complimentary bread with a tasty pate followed by an excellent and big Salad Paysanne (Ham, Pate, Cheese, Asparagus, Toast, Fried Potatoes, Beetroot, Egg, Tomato and lettuce). All very fresh. The Lamb was perfectly cooked, soft and very tasty and again a big serving. The Chef who created the sauce should be lining up for his Michelin Stars it was fabulous, possibly the best I have ever tasted. More of the excellent Fried Potatoes and good fresh vegetables rounded the meal off. All washed down with a half litre of very decent house red. The only problem I had was getting off the chair at the end of the meal, I was stuffed but everything was so good I had to eat it all. The people of Verdun are lucky to have such an outstanding restaurant with such reasonable prices as well.

Rude staff and even if the entire restaurant is empty they won’t seat you if you don’t have a reservation. Unknown if it’s also because we were American but it certainly felt that way.

We had to wait about 30 mins just for the menu while new customer entered and were served before us. After receiving the menu and waiting to order for 20 minutes we left. Really bad service.

Service, qualité des plats qui sont copieux. C'est très rare d'avoir des menus avec verre de vin au choix inclus. Et le petit détail qui montre bien le service comme on devrait en voir plus souvent, la carafe d'eau directement amené sans demandé et remplacé directement une fois vidé. Continuez ainsi!

Cuisine excellente !! Très bon plat du terroir cuisiner avec goût et raffinement... Nous avons eus à faire à un certain Denis un serveur tés sympathique et complètement décalé, nous avons jamais autant rit dans un restaurant... Merci pour votre sympathique et votre humour ne changez pas...
