Outstanding service from the receptionist to the internet sales team right through to Mr. Perez in finance. Everyone I encountered at Crown this afternoon met and exceeded my expectations. Sergio Barbosa was a 5 star rep. Knew his business and got me the deal I wanted. Upgraded my Challenger SXT to a 2020 RT.

Walked into the dealership looking for a new vehicle for my business. The customer service we received from Sergio was excellent. He made us feel like we were regulars! Even though we were not able to make a deal we were more than happy with our experience working with Sergio. He is the type of sales person you want to work with anytime you set foot in a car dealership! Thank you Sergio!
Exceptional customer service by Jarrod \JT\ Thomas. He made the whole experience of going to a dealership enjoyable and stress free. He was also very helpful with getting me in contact with the parts department. If you need to finance or lease a car and want to have a good experience with a sales rep- I would definitely do it with no one other than JT at Crown!!
I was initially upset but called the dealership, and appreciate the time the manager took to review the questions I had about my sale contract. I wish that time had been spent initially when I was buying the vehicle. I was rushed through my purchase and when I tried to ask questions they were brushed over and not answered very well. APR %, sales price, etc., were not gone over and I initially felt taken advantage of. I still do as I'm now paying a higher APR % than I would have ever agreed to; and I was made to feel dumb like I wasn't understanding things, when really they were never talked about with me. I'm glad I called the dealership and someone took the time to actually listen to my questions and answer them. I feel a bit better about my purchase. But in all honesty I will most likely never go to this dealership again. Which is a shame since I was referred by a friend who had a great experience. But he's a man, who's obviously worth much more effort and time.
DISHONEST!!!I was sent a letter in the mail from Crown Dodge asking if I would sell my 2016 Dodge Hellcat. According to their records I owned this car which I do. The letter stated due to low inventory they were reaching out to try and bring cars in, made sense to me. Since I don't really drive the car I decided to call back and see what they had to say. I spoke with Mario and I told Mario I see that the car in the 2016 price range from 50-55k. So I took photos and videos of the car so they could see it was in excellent condition. I understand they need to make a profit told Mario to make me a fair offer. We went back and forth between 48-49 we settled on 49K. So we had an appointment all set for 9/8/20 for me to bring down the car. I even called an hour before to double check we were all set, and that I could get in and out quickly, as I live about an hour away and needed a ride, also to reconfirm the price of the car. The moment I went down there he walked the car told me looked great and would get me a check for 48k, 1 thousand less than we agreed on just an hour before. He went back and forth saying it wasn't his fault, but he had to pay me less. Long story short, I left with my car not very happy. I actually may have taken 48 initially, but the way I was treated, reminded me so much of a SLEAZY USED CAR LOT. I own many cars roughly 10 in total this is my only Dodge I will never go here again.
